Glamorous Beauty can not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained on our premises.<\/h4>\n<h2>Arrival policy<\/h2>\n<h4>For your comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled treatment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for the treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The full value of the treatment will be applicable.<\/h4>\n<h2>Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n<h4>In the event that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request your consideration by giving us 6 hours notice.<\/h4>\n<h2>Prepaid Courses of Treatments<\/h2>\n<h4>Have a validity of 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.<\/h4>\n<h2>Package Bookings<\/h2>\n<h4>A 50% deposit needs to be paid on all packages at least one day prior to appointment\/ 1st appointment.<\/h4>\n<h2>Gift Vouchers<\/h2>\n<h4>Gift Vouchers are non refundable and\/or cashable are valid for 6\u00a0months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date (6 months from the date of purchase). Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher must be handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.<\/h4>\n<h4>Vouchers are non transferable between Therapists. The full amount (in Rands) of the specific voucher are only allowed to be used at the therapist it was bought from.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2>Price Alteration<\/h2>\n<h4>Glamorous Beauty\u00a0reserve the right to change\u00a0prices without prior notice.<\/h4>\n<h2>Smoking<\/h2>\n<h4>Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.<\/h4>\n<h2>Data Security<\/h2>\n<h4>Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions.<\/h4>\n<h2>Personal Items<\/h2>\n<h4>Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.<\/h4>\n<h2>Birthday Specials<\/h2>\n<h4>Treatment must be booked on the day of your birthday.
